Dr Fiona Clarke
MBBS, FRACP | Infectious Diseases Physician
Fiona is a practising Infectious Diseases physician and the clinical director of Quality AMS. She trained in public hospital infectious diseases and has hands-on experience building and running AMS programs in acute and aged care settings.
She provides clinical governance across every engagement: reviewing audit reports, signing off guidelines, and providing specialist input for complex infectious disease cases.
Our Pharmacists
Our antimicrobial stewardship pharmacists deliver the day-to-day clinical work: prescribing audits, committee meetings, education sessions, and on-site rounds. Each has hospital pharmacy experience with a focus on antimicrobial prescribing.

Free Consultation

Gap Analysis
We assess your facility against the relevant standard (ACQSC SAT or NSQHS Standard 3).
Program Setup
We deliver your governance framework, guidelines, baseline audit, and committee structure. Aged care: 2-4 weeks. Hospitals: 4-8 weeks.
Ongoing Service
Pharmacist rounds, quarterly audits, committee meetings, and annual education on a scheduled calendar.
Annual Review
Full-year summary to your executive team. Updated guidelines. Improvement targets for the following year.
