Why Antimicrobial Stewardship Matters Now
From 1 July 2025, all residential aged care providers must have an evidence-based antimicrobial stewardship program. Hospitals must meet NSQHS Standard 3 for accreditation. If your facility does not have a stewardship program, you need one.

WorkforceAnnual sessions for prescribers and nursing staff. Each session uses your facility’s own audit data and prescribing patterns. Attendance records provided for accreditation evidence.
Prescribing Monitoring and Rounds
Pharmacist RoundsA stewardship pharmacist reviews active prescriptions at your facility and provides real-time feedback to prescribers. Monthly summary for your stewardship committee.
Antibiogram Development
DataAnnual report of which bacteria are found at your facility and which antibiotics they respond to. Used to tailor your prescribing guidelines to your actual patient population.

Do you work alongside our existing pharmacy provider?expand_more
Yes. We focus on AMS only. Your regular pharmacy provider continues their existing role.

We start with a gap analysis. If you have elements in place, we build on them. You only pay for what you need.
Is Quality AMS only in Melbourne?expand_more
We are based in Melbourne but service all of Victoria, including regional areas. Committee meetings and clinical escalation can be done remotely.
